Cancellations must be made by 3pm two days before arrival to avoid the 100% of stay penalty-reservations placed online must also be cancelled or modified online.
No Shows and day of cancellations will also incur the 100% of stay penalty
Regular check-in time is from 3pm-6pm. Early check ins or late checkouts may be available based upon availability, but not guaranteed. If available, late check out past noon carries a flat fee based on the time of checkout: by 1pm is $39, by 3pm $49, and by 5pm $59.
If you will not be arriving by 6pm, please call with your estimated arrival time prior to our office closing at 10pm or make arrangements for a late arrival with guaranteed payment.
Full payment for the nights reserved will be taken upon check in
All rates are subject to Pacific Grove Lodging Tax of 10% per room night, plus an additional $1 per room night Tourism Assessment Fee
All rates are based upon occupancy, so rates will fluctuate-special rates apply to some weekends, holidays, and special events.
The number of guests occupying any given room must be known to the front desk and must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room, including children. Rooms found to have extra occupants will be charged $15 per person.
Rooms on the ground floor have a maximum occupancy of two with the exception of 2 adults and 1 infant.
All rooms are non smoking, and pets are not permitted
Non-refundable cleaning fees will be charged for rooms showing evidence of pets, smoking, or unnecessary damages.
The Lover’s Point Inn is not responsible for lost or damaged property
